How much time do I need to plan for relaxation techniques?
Consciously breathing in and out ten times does not take a minute, but can provide short-term relaxation and make you aware of the here and now. Other relaxation techniques may take a little longer, others are repeated several times a day. How much time you set aside for conscious relaxation and relaxation exercises is entirely up to you, your time budget, your stress level, your desire to relax and your attitude. Take a few minutes once a day or more often to consciously take yourself out of your everyday life and just be in the moment, in different ways depending on the method. Over time, you will find out for yourself how often you should repeat this during the day and how long the individual sequences last, and you will be able to adapt them to your life situation.
