What skills do you acquire in a personnel consultant training course?
The following skills are taught in a personnel consultant training course:
- to accompany jobseekers through unemployment in accordance with the statutory provisions of the AVIG;
- systematically analyze the profile and skills of jobseekers;
- work with jobseekers to develop a suitable and targeted job search strategy based on their individual starting position;
- to actively support the placement of suitable jobseekers with specific targets and to regularly evaluate success;
- To provide professional and competent advice to jobseekers looking for a job and/or with existing multiple problems;
- to individually maintain and promote the jobseeker's employability and employability through the use of suitable labor market measures (AMM);
- proactively build up and maintain a network of potential employers in the region and offer them appropriate services;
- to support and advise companies in the event of (mass) redundancies;
- analyze the labor market situation and identify specific opportunities, difficulties and environmentally relevant trends;
- carry out their advisory activities on the basis of a professional, systematic advisory approach;
- Structure and present information in an understandable way;
- to carry out the sovereign tasks of the AVIG and to combat abuses.
