Continuing education, further training to become a hotel housekeeping manager with Federal Diploma of Higher Education includes the modules of employee management, application of self-management and communication; marketing of offers and services; application of financial instruments; design of the business organization; planning and organization of the cleaning process as well as design of the room atmosphere, planning and organization of the textile care process and laundry supply; design and organization of catering and service offers.

For the Federal Diploma of Higher Education modules in leadership and management are required: team leadership, self-knowledge, conflict management, communication, self-management, presentation, change, general and personnel management.
