HR assistant continuing education, further training in personnel assistance and HR administration

In principle, the content of all the continuing education, further training courses mentioned is very similar or mostly identical. These include in particular

• HR Assistant (Cert.)
• Human Resources Administrator (Certified)
• Personnel Assistant (Cert.)

Differences exist primarily in the recognition by the association HRSE (Human Resources Swiss Exams) and in the designation of the qualification by the respective training provider.

Anyone wishing to complete continuing education, further training to become an HR specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education should make sure they choose a course with an HRSE certificate, as this is usually a prerequisite for admission.
