Are all continuing education, further training courses that I can do as a chef federally recognized?
Training courses and courses at schools or associations are not federally recognized, but certificate training courses that provide you with further training on very specific topics. However, qualifications from Federal Professional Examinations (FPE), Advanced Federal Professional Examinations (AFPE) and Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) are federally recognized, as is, of course, basic training with a Federal VET Diploma or shortened basic training with a Federal VET Diploma.
