Depending on previous education, at least four to six years of professional experience are required for continuing education, further training to become a qualified Head of Human Resources, of which either two years as a qualified HR practitioner or four years in HR project or HR consulting functions for complex tasks. Or at least six years of professional experience, including two years in management functions at two hierarchical levels.
