How should you behave as a vocational trainer?

- Consider the heterogeneity of learners' developmental paths and observe behavior intensively
- Support the best possible development of a learner in a self-responsible direction
- Trust in the good in young people
- Integrate an educational theory into leadership to consolidate security in personal development
