Wenn mehrere unserer Mitarbeiter an einem Nachfassen-Kurs teilnehmen sollen, muss ich da auf irgendetwas Spezielles achten?
If several of our employees are to take part in a follow-up course, do I need to pay attention to anything in particular?
In principle, you can send as many employees as you like to a follow-up course. However, you should make sure that this training measure takes place during working hours or is otherwise remunerated in some way if you want your employees to attend. In the case of continuing education, further training, you have the option of choosing a program offered by a wide range of providers throughout Switzerland, where the objectives, content and structure are already defined. These seminars are open to all persons who correspond to the target group, i.e. possibly sales staff and customer service employees. The course usually takes place at the school's premises or another training location and you can register as many employees as you wish. Providers often offer discounts for a certain number of participants from the same company, so it is best to ask about this before booking. Another option is in-house seminars, i.e. seminars that are not open to the public but are held exclusively for your company's staff. This type of company seminar is particularly suitable if you want to train a large number of employees or need continuing education, further training on very specific issues, innovations and products. In this case, you as the person responsible specify the content, structure, participants, duration, time, location and all other organizational matters and leave the training to the training providers. Our guide "Successfully planning and organizing seminars", which you can find at the top of the navigation bar under "Training help", can also be helpful.
