Five modules or certificates of equivalence must be presented in order to be admitted to the final examination for head chef with Federal Diploma of Higher Education. These modules are: Food and Culinary Science; Business Organization; Marketing and Sales; Finance; Leadership. To be admitted to the final examination for the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE) in Community Gastronomy, you must have passed the following modules: Community Gastronomy; Business Organization; Marketing and Sales; Finance; Leadership; Economics and Law.
