Was versteht man unter Selbstorganisation?
What is meant by self-organization?
Self-organization is used in many different contexts and is correspondingly diverse. In the private sphere, for example, it refers to the organization of private and family life, the scheduling of activities, the organization of bank statements, bills, tax documents, the medicine cabinet, winter and summer clothing and all important appointments. Always with a view to optimization, time management, setting priorities, minimizing disruptive factors, as well as personal resources and needs. This organization is also used in the professional environment, but often to increase efficiency and prevent burnout at the same time. You optimize yourself without overexerting yourself. Especially in times of change, digitalization and the world of work 4.0 (home office, flexible working models, work smart, ...), well thought-out and individual self-organization is a basic prerequisite for efficiency. And from a business management perspective, it is also increasingly becoming the focus of change management processes and internal continuing education, further training. This is because self-organizing and self-managing employees support and relieve managers to a significant extent.
