What modules does the CAS Business Process Engineering consist of?
The Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS Business Process Engineering comprises four modules. In the first module, "Strategic and Operational Business Management", participants learn to derive the necessary business processes from the strategic business objectives and to analyze, design, model and optimize business processes. In the second module, "Implementation of business processes", process analyses and simulations are discussed and demonstrated with the help of tools, and process automation and business process implementation with business rules are discussed. In the "Controlling of business processes" module, participants learn about business process concepts for evaluation. Key figures, process cost accounting and benchmark marketing are also covered. The fourth module, "Change and quality management", deals with instruments and procedures for corporate and organizational development, group process measures and moderation, quality management models and their advantages, disadvantages and empirical values.
