Which CAS does the Master in HRM consist of?

Each Universities determines the composition of an MAS in HRM individually. For example, students at the FHNW take part in four modules, each of which comprises HR core competencies, HR complementary competencies, business management competencies and social and communication competencies. The main topics are strategy & structure, analytical focus, performance skills, HR value chain, marketing focus, negotiation management, innovation focus, consulting, communication focus and conflict management. At least two CASs can be chosen from these CASs: HR and Business Partnering; Career Coaching; Personnel Development; Business Coaching; Strategic Management; Organizational Development and Consulting. In addition, there is a maximum of one further CAS from an extensive selection. At the ZHAW, the MAS consists of the DAS in Personnel Psychology and an optional CAS: HR Consulting in Practice, CAS Personnel Development and Personnel Diagnostics, CAS Leadership Advanced or CAS Change Management, Organizational Consulting & Organizational Development.
