Career in sales, distribution, customer management

Specialization in sales takes place at the level of further vocational training. In most cases, further training in sales, distribution and customer management follows on from basic vocational training and employment in the commercial sector or retail trade and opens up good career opportunities with recognized qualifications.

The admission requirements for further education courses are usually very broad and include a minimum age requirement (usually 18 or 20 years), an upper secondary school leaving certificate (EFZ, Matura, technical secondary school leaving certificate) and often at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Specialized training

The further training courses generally focus on sub-areas of sales activities, such as purchasing, customer and sales management, and conclude with the school's own certificates.
