Wage increase after completing the "Process Technology (HF)" course to become a technician HF Business Processes (now Process Technician HF)

Some graduates of the "Business Processes (HF)" course - "new: Process Technician HF" - receive a salary increase of up to 20% immediately after completing their studies. That doesn't seem too much. However, for some HF Business Process Technicians (new: HF Process Technicians), it could be that the salary was already increased beforehand due to a change of job at the beginning of the course. Or that some HF business process technicians (new: HF process technicians) were only able to switch to a higher salary level by taking on more management responsibility or demanding project management.

This first salary before studying to become a Technician HF Business Processes (now Process Technician HF) is around CHF 6,045. After studying, the occupational group changes in step 3 to "Technician HF, Mechanical Engineering" - we enter "31 Engineering and comparable specialists" and we change the training in step 6 to "Higher vocational training". Financial benefits of further training as a technician HF business processes (new: process technician HF)

Lea will receive CHF 2,633 more per month as a corporate processes technician (now: process technician HF) than before and will therefore have at least CHF 1.21 million more at her disposal by the time she retires than if she had not completed this further training.
