Ich bin mit dem Lehrgang sehr zufrieden. Die Inhalte waren interessant und praxisnah. Die Dozentinnen hat den Stoff verständlich erklärt und waren immer hilfsbereit. Besonderes positiv fand ich kleinen Gruppengrössen, wodurch man sehr viele Fragen stellen konnte. Ich konnte viele praxisnahe Inhalt für meinen Arbeitsalltag mitnehmen. Auch die Flexibilität, den Kurs entweder live vor Ort oder online zu besuchen, war ein grosser Vorteil. Zudem war der Schulungsort bestens ausgestattet, sodass für alles gesorgt war und man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Lehrgang!

Die Ausbildung zum Klassenassisten hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Unterricht war schön dynamisch, der Theorie- und Praxisteil war abwechslungsreich und durch aktuelle Fallbeispiele von Lilly und auch der Teilnehmenden hat sich der Unterricht sehr schön gestaltet. Man konnte hybrid teilnehmen, was für viele auch sehr praktisch war und auch in Anspruch genommen wurde. Auch Heinz, unser Co-Lehrender, hat sein umfangreiches Wissen z.B. über Menschen mit Spektrum gekonnt mit eingebracht. Dies hat den Lehrplan um wertvolles Wissen ergänzt. Alles in Allem war es eine sehr interessante Ausbildung, ich habe viel neues Wissen über das Schulsystem, die Lehrpersonen, die Anforderungen und Probleme der Schüler und vor allem über die Aufgaben der Klassenassistenz mitgenommen. Es war alles sehr durchdacht und es hat viel Spaß gemacht. So geht Unterricht. :) Vielen Dank, liebes PLI, dass ich daran teilnehmen durfte.

Der Kurs „Neue Autorität“ war für mich sehr bereichernd und praxisnah. Ich habe viele konkrete Strategien gelernt, die mir im Umgang mit Kindern mehr Sicherheit und Klarheit geben. Besonders wertvoll fand ich den Austausch und die Haltung der gewaltfreien, präsenten Autorität. Insgesamt fühle ich mich gestärkt und kann das Gelernte gut im Alltag umsetzen.

Als Quereinsteiger kann ich den Kurs sehr empfehlen. Man bekommt sehr viele Fachbeispiele und nicht nur trockene Ingos. So das man super schnell und einfach mit kommt.

Das Klassenassistenz‑PLI‑Seminar hat mich insgesamt sehr zufrieden und ehrlich gesagt auch ein Stück glücklicher gemacht. Die Inhalte waren praxisnah, die Methodik durchdacht und die Seminarleitung kompetent und motivierend. Organisation, Infrastruktur und Lernatmosphäre haben perfekt zusammengepasst. Ich konnte viel Neues mitnehmen, fühle mich sicherer in meinem beruflichen Alltag und blicke mit einem guten Gefühl auf die Seminarzeit zurück. Für mich war dieses Seminar eine rundum positive Erfahrung, die ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde.
