- Federal Professional Examination / Federal Diploma of Higher Education in the field of building envelope, plumbing, timber construction, plastering and 2 years of professional experience in the field
- Federal Diploma of Higher Education in a related field and 3 years of professional experience
- Federal Diploma / College of Higher Education in a related professional field and 3 years of professional experience in the field of building envelopes
- Apprenticeship / Federal VET Diploma as a draftsman or related profession and 6 years of professional experience in the field of building envelopes
- or comparable qualification
