Continuing education, further training in service management can vary greatly in length. Seminars, e.g. on the topic of customer orientation, often last half a day to a whole day, in some cases even two days. Other courses, such as CAS courses at Universities of Applied Sciences or universities, extend over a longer period of time. This is usually between four months and half a year with a varying number of attendance dates, usually between 15 and 20.
