Continuing education, further training in customer service serves as preparation for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Technical Customer Service / Service Management and trains participants in the subjects that are tested in the AFPE. These are: Service management, business management, economics, personnel development and management, law and business organization, product and customer relationship management, as well as work techniques and communication. The continuing education, further training extends over two years and is offered by schools in Baden, Muttenz, Zug, Aarau and Winterthur, among others.
