How is the Global Negotiator course structured?
The continuing education, further training to become a Certified Global Negotiator (CGN-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen consists of four module blocks, which are completed with an examination. The individual modules are: "Negotiating according to the Harvard Concept", in which you learn to manage negotiations, "Systemic Negotiating", which covers confidence building, communication basics, body language, questioning techniques and methodology, "Negotiating at the Boundary", which covers leadership, negotiating in difficult situations, negotiation psychology, and negotiation process management in M & A transactions, as well as the module "Negotiating in a Cultural Context", which gives you an understanding of the cultural characteristics in the most important markets, intercultural communication and the corresponding dos and don`ts, as well as negotiation methodology training.
