Participants in the IT service management continuing education, further training can obtain COMBIT and ITIL certification, they know the tools for team building in interdisciplinary teams, can successfully design and implement ITSM projects and organize complex ICT landscapes with a focus on V3 and COBIT. At the end of the course, participants will also be familiar with the legal basis and the involvement of external partners, as well as the key performance indicators for IT projects, cash flow and return on investment, and the process evaluation for IT governance, COBIT incl. maturity model.
