What qualification do I have after the course to become a personnel consultant?
After completing a course in personnel consulting, you will receive a course certificate from the relevant school on request. Only after passing the Federal Professional Examination will you receive a specialist certificate and then become a personnel consultant with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education. You may then use the following protected title:
- HR specialist with a federal certificate, specializing in HR management or
- HR specialist with a federal certificate, specializing in HR consulting
