The criteria for admission to the HR Assistant certificate examination are as follows:
- Matura or Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (apprenticeship certificate).
- 2 years of general professional experience after completion of training.
- 4 years of general professional experience without a high school diploma or certificate of proficiency (apprenticeship certificate).
- Part-time employment of less than 100% is counted pro rata temporis.
