What are the admission criteria for the Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Marketing?
The following admission requirements apply to the Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Marketing:
- At least 3 years of vocational education and training (VET), school-leaving certificate, federally recognized commercial diploma, degree from a College of Higher Education, Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), Universities or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a profession in the real estate industry after completing the training
or
- 5 years of full-time professional experience in a profession in the real estate industry, including at least 2 years in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein
and
- No entries in the criminal record that contradict the purpose of the audit
