The following admission criteria apply for the Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Management:

• At least three years of vocational education and training (AFPE), a school-leaving certificate, a federally recognized commercial diploma, a degree from a College of Higher Education, an Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), a higher professional examination (VET), a university or equivalent qualification and at least three years of full-time practice in a profession in the real estate industry after completing the training.

or

• Five years of full-time professional experience in a profession in the real estate industry, including at least two years in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein

and

• No entry in the criminal record that contradicts the purpose of the examination
