What are the admission requirements for the examination to become a certified real estate trustee?
Admission to the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) is open to anyone who holds a federal certificate in real estate management or a diploma from an Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), a College of Applied Sciences or a University of Applied Sciences. In addition, at least three years of full-time professional activity in the real estate industry, of which at least two years in Switzerland, must be proven following one of the above-mentioned qualifications.
In any case, there must be no entries in the criminal record that contradict the purpose of the examination.
