The final examination in continuing education, further training in customer service with Federal Professional Examination consists of five parts, all of which are tested in writing as well as orally or practically. The only exception is the "Supporting and supervising employees" part of the exam, which is only examined in writing. In addition, there are the examination parts "Planning technical customer service / service", "Implementing company organization and legal provisions", "Applying work and communication techniques" and "Supporting and satisfying customers with services".
