What are the objectives of continuing education, further training in Intercultural Management / Intercultural Coaching?
This continuing education, further training in intercultural management (MAS Intercultural Coaching and Supervision) is aimed at specialists and managers with support and advisory tasks, such as coaches, mentors, resilience trainers, training specialists, but also management consultants, executives, project managers, staff members, quality managers, HR managers, personnel consultants or managing directors of SMEs as well as their female counterparts. The aim of the course is to provide participants with the tools and skills they need to work competently as consultants in change and development processes for teams, individuals, groups or organizations. To this end, they have extensive knowledge of the appropriate intervention options and their application, but leave the actual solution-finding to the client wherever possible. On completion of the continuing education, further training, participants will have extensive consulting skills in intercultural coaching and supervision.
