What does a mental coach do?

A mental coach helps people to break out of their mental rut and gain mental strength and achieve their personal goals. To this end, mental training uses various methods such as relaxation techniques, stress management and imagination exercises. Successful mental training achieves a long-term change in cognitive abilities and the development of mental strength. It is not about a short-term change in behavior or getting rid of fears.
