What do you learn for the SIZ user?

The learning content for SIZ users (smart users) is divided into two levels and offers comprehensive digital basic and continuing education, further training. The focus is on practical skills that can be used both at school and at home.

  • User 1 - Basic education
    Basic digital skills are taught at this level:
    • Setting up a digital workplace, including secure use of the Internet, e-mail and file management.
    • Information preparation for simple but effective presentations.
    • Basics of document design using word processing and spreadsheets for creating written work and simple calculations.
  • User 2 - Advanced user knowledge
    This level builds on basic education and expands skills:
    • In-depth study of setting up digital work environments and advanced security and organizational aspects.
    • Professional design and presentation of content.
    • Creating more complex texts such as project or diploma theses, including formatting and layout.
    • In-depth knowledge of spreadsheets for carrying out calculations and data analyses, also in a school context.

The SIZ user training focuses on core digital skills - from the secure use of IT infrastructure to the professional preparation of information and the use of text and spreadsheet programs in everyday school life.
