What does a DAS in Nutritional Counseling involve?
The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Nutritional Counseling, called "Excellence in Food", is aimed at professionals from the catering, production, retail and nutritional counseling sectors. The continuing education program offers a practical in-depth look at current topics along the entire food value chain.
The DAS is put together individually and consists of three freely selectable CAS programs (Certificate of Advanced Studies), which can be combined thematically. The following CAS modules are available:

- CAS in Food Responsibility: addresses sustainability, ethics and social responsibility in dealing with food
- CAS Food Quality Insight: deals with quality assurance, sensory analysis and food safety.
CAS Sociology and Nutrition: Analyzes the interplay between nutrition, society and consumer behavior - CAS Food Product and Sales Management: focus on product development, marketing and sales strategies
- CAS Food Business Management: Covers business management topics in the food environment
- CAS Digital Food Competencies: teaches digital tools, trends and technologies in the food industry
- CAS International Food Business: prepares students for international markets, legal frameworks and intercultural management
These modules enable individual specialization - tailored to your own professional goals and interests in nutritional advice and the food industry.
