Persons who meet the following requirements are admitted to the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE) for Head of Technical Customer Service with a federal diploma:
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma) or equivalent training
and
- 5 years of professional experience in technical customer service, including 3 years in a management position
