The clerk course to become a real estate valuation assistant or real estate valuation clerk takes place on at least 1, often 2 evenings a week, so that you can usually take part in this continuing education, further training directly after work. Preparatory courses for Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Valuation (FPE), formerly Real Estate Appraiser, usually take place two evenings during the week or one evening and Saturday morning. The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) also usually takes place on a part-time basis.
