Continuing education, further training as a trainer with SVEB certificate can take place at different times depending on the school, often on Saturdays, so that you do not have to reduce your working hours in every case. If you need this continuing education, further training for your current job, you should talk to your supervisor about it anyway. Supervisors are often willing to finance part, if not all, of the training or continuing education, further training, provided you agree to stay with the company for a certain period of time after completing the course. If there is no specific financial contribution, many companies will allow you to use your working hours for a course so that you do not lose out financially. It is not uncommon for you to be able to attend this practical training during working hours, with the company also covering the course costs. After all, you should be able to accompany, supervise and train the company's employees or apprentices perfectly. You should therefore always discuss this in detail with your line manager before registering for the "Individual mentoring trainer" certificate course.
