In order to be entered in the EMR as a complementary therapist, a course in medical basics and Tronc commun KT are required, among other things. For the EM certificate and entry in the EMR (ErfahrungsMedizinisches Register), the course content must correspond to the classical understanding of the method. The EMR entry is a prerequisite for the billing of complementary therapy services via supplementary health insurance. In addition, an OdA KT certificate and at least two years of practical experience are required.
