Can I bill the sessions through my health insurance after each training course in herbal medicine?
In order to be able to bill the therapy sessions directly to your supplementary health insurance, you need to be recognized by your health insurance. You will usually receive this if you meet the ASCA or EMR guidelines. Recognition of the herbal medicine or western phytotherapy method requires at least 300 hours of training. However, you can only register for this method if you already have comprehensive training in complementary medicine or conventional medicine.
