Can I start a course to become a personnel consultant with a federal certificate immediately after completing my apprenticeship?
In order to be able to take the Federal Diploma of Higher Education (FPE) in Human Resources or HR Specialist FPE, as this job title is now called, you must have passed a certificate examination to become a Human Resources Assistant after your apprenticeship and have at least four years of professional experience. At least two years of this must have been in human resources (HR), four years in personnel management and a total of eight years of professional experience if you do not have a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
