Professional experience in real estate management is required for participation in continuing education, further training to become a real estate manager with a federal certificate. For people with a degree at upper-secondary level or tertiary level, at least three years of full-time professional activity in the real estate industry is required, for other degrees at least five years of activity in this field. Two of these years must have been completed in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. And no entries in the criminal record that contradict the purpose of the examination.
