In order to inspire customers and not just satisfy them, a holistic service orientation is required, which is the focus of the CAS UAS in Service Excellence course. Customer orientation is therefore the core of this seminar. In addition to the design and quality assurance of services, service strategies and positioning are also addressed, as well as service design, customer loyalty, customer relationships and customer psychology, customer-oriented leadership, business ethics, customer integration in the digital context with cross-channel marketing and shaping a service culture and corporate personality.
