If you are interested in the MAS in Business Law or the CAS Employment Law & Leadership, you must above all have several years of qualified professional experience. The course is primarily aimed at managers, HR managers, auditors and trustees, corporate and tax consultants, as well as managers from public administration, the banking sector, the financial sector and compliance departments. All are required to have a degree from a university, a College of Higher Education, a federal certificate or a federal diploma. If you do not have any of these qualifications but can demonstrate extensive professional experience, you still have the opportunity to obtain admission "sur dossier" to the CAS in Employment Law or the subsequent MAS.
