Do I need a federal diploma to open a nature practice?
A federal diploma as a naturopath specializing in Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN), Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda medicine or homeopathy is not necessarily required to open a naturopathic practice in most cantons. Alternative qualifying training courses and examinations are also often recognized. However, as this is regulated at cantonal level, please contact the cantons for information on the individual regulations and laws governing any licensing ordinances for naturopathic practices.
