Training in quality management: What are the three pillars of quality?
According to the QM model, quality is based on three pillars: People, processes and results. The QM model provides a template for a holistic view of the company. In this context, there are eight basic principles:

- Increase customer benefits
- Leadership with vision, inspiration and integrity
- Leading through processes
- Success through people
- Promoting innovation and creativity among employees, customers and cooperation partners
- Building long-term and trusting partnerships
- Taking responsibility for a sustainable future
