What parts of the exam does the Technical Support AFPE consist of?
The continuing education, further training in Technical Support with Advanced Federal Professional Examination (Head of Technical Customer Service / Support) prepares students for the examination, which consists of a total of five examination parts. These are all tested in writing and also orally and/or practically. "Service management, business management, economics", "personnel management and personnel development" and "business organization and law" are tested in writing, orally and practically, the "customer relationship and product management" part of the exam is tested in writing and orally and the "work techniques and communication" part is tested practically and in writing.
