What modules does the UAS coffee course consist of?
The certificate course "CAS The Science and Art of Coffee" can only be described very disparagingly as a "coffee course", as the content and skills acquired in this continuing education, further training are considerable. The course consists of three modules, which teach the basics such as agronomy, technology, hospitality, aroma and history, a specialization in business, barista art, technology and marketing as well as product-specific specializations on the topics of ethics, health, gourmet, certifications and ecology.
