Die Kosten für den Kurs zum Logistikassistenten / zur Logistikassistentin sind je nach Schule verschieden, betragen jedoch zwischen CHF 3'500.- und 4'300.-.

You should meet the following personal requirements for an apprenticeship as a logistics assistant:

• Ability for an analytical approach
• Understanding complex interrelationships
• Organizational talent
• Business and/or technical knowledge
• Good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
• Precise working method

The following tasks can be carried out after the Logistics Clerk training:

• Work for logistics providers or in production and trading companies that have their own logistics department
• know the basic processes of logistics
• be responsible as a generalist for work from several logistics disciplines
• contribute to the efficient processing of customer orders
• Organize and coordinate transports in collaboration with the logistics department heads
• compile the necessary shipping and export documents
• Arrange subsequent deliveries
• Negotiating with customers
• be in contact with specialists from forwarding companies, contractual partners and customs authorities

The following further training courses are available after the Logistics Assistant course:

• Logistics specialist BP
• Logistician BP

Both options are completed with a professional examination and the award of a federal certificate.

The following is taught in a logistics assistant training course with a diploma in logistics clerk SVBL:

• Basics of logistics management
• Fundamentals of general management
• Basics in organization and processes
• Self-knowledge, self-management and team leadership

1 Semester dauert der Lehrgang zum Logistikassistenten / zur Logistikassistentin mit Zertifikat in der Regel. Er findet berufsbegleitend meist an zwei Abenden pro Woche und/oder Samstag statt.

The course content for the Logistics Assistant further training with SSC certificate includes the following six SSC basic modules:

• Self-management and leadership
• Supply Chain Management
• Project management
• Quality management
• Finance and accounting
• National economy

Meist werden gute mathematische sowie Deutschkenntnisse und auch Office-Alltagskenntnisse für den Lehrgang zum Logistikassistent / zur Logistikassistentin vorausgesetzt. An einigen Schulen kann zudem Berufspraxis im Logistikumfeld erwartet werden. Da die Zulassungsbedingungen sehr verschieden sind, sollten diese individuell bei jedem einzelnen Bildungsinstitut abgeklärt werden (etwa über das Kontaktformular).
