After successfully completing the logistics processing course, you will be able, for example, to independently enter daily orders in the system, clarify delivery dates internally and communicate them to customers, send transport orders to the shipping company, handle customs formalities and send invoices to customers. You will be in direct contact with customers, warehouses, suppliers and freight forwarders and keep them constantly informed about the current status of the order. Other tasks that you can take on independently are, for example, maintaining the stock overview, managing the article master data or continuously updating the sales prices.
