Diagnostics is an important working tool in various professional fields. Accurate diagnosis is also an issue in psychology and in dealing with people. What exactly does this mean? You try to interpret diagnostic signs and/or symptoms and attribute them to a clinical picture, a personality type, etc. This is also an issue in recruitment. Questions and answers

Zugelassen werden zum CAS Personalentwicklung & -Diagnostik können Hochschulabsolventen und -absolventinnen, doch auch Berufspraktiker/innen mit adäquaten Qualifikationen, die im HRM arbeiten und in der Personalentwicklung, der Organisationsentwicklung, der Personalselektion und der Personalplatzierung praktische Erfahrung mitbringen.

Insgesamt 18 Kurstage umfasst der Lehrgang in Personalentwicklung & -diagnostik. Hinzu kommt Selbstlernzeit sowie Prüfungsvorbereitung.

Fachleute aus HR-Abteilungen und der Personalentwicklung, Generalisten und Generalistinnen, HR-Leitende sowie Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten aus KMU und Grossunternehmen sind Zielgruppe des Weiterbildungslehrgangs CAS Personalentwicklung und -diagnostik. Darunter fallen auch Unternehmensberater und Unternehmensberaterinnen, Personalberater und Personalberaterinnen, Ausbildungsleitende, Executive Search und Outplacement Beratende sowie Personalauswahl-Spezialisten und -Spezialistinnen.

Der Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Personalentwicklung & -diagnostik vermittelt den Teilnehmenden des Lehrgangs ein breitgefächertes Wissen rund um die qualifizierte Personalselektion, Personalbeurteilung sowie Personalentwicklung. Ziel ist es, diagnostische Methoden zum Einsatz bringen zu können, die gute Auswahlverfahren in Organisationen ermöglichen und die Entscheidungsqualität und -objektivität in Prozessen der Entwicklung, der Beurteilung und der Selektion steigern und dank psychologischer Eignungsdiagnostik zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg massgeblich beitragen. Teilnehmende des Lehrgangs wissen nach dessen Abschluss um die Grundlagen der psychologischen Diagnostik, der Personaldiagnostik und der Persönlichkeitspsychologie.

Die Schwerpunkte des Zertifikatslehrgangs CAS Personalentwicklung & -diagnostik sind:

  • Einführung in die Personaldiagnostik
  • Einführung in die Testdiagnostik
  • Anforderungsprofile, Kompetenzen und Kompetenzmodelle
