We have emotions and feelings all the time - whether we perceive them as positive, negative or even mixed - they often have a very lasting impact on our lives. Emotions are associated with certain experiences and memories and are stored in our brain, influencing our entire life and numerous decisions - often more than our intellect. Depending on the way we feel, we experience our emotions as inspiring and spurring us on - we surpass ourselves. Or we feel paralyzed, trapped, powerless and helpless - and are thus slowed down in our everyday lives, in family, relationships or at work and are unable to reach our full potential...

This is exactly where emotion coaches come into play. Emotion coaching is based on integral psychology and enables a positive change in perception and a change in internalized negative and useless patterns of action.

One of many possibilities is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping therapy or tapping acupressure). Here, thought patterns, fears or even phobias and allergies or physical problems are resolved by repeatedly expressing internalized beliefs and tapping on certain points at the same time, thereby strengthening new connections in the brain. However, this is just one of many different ways of working in emotion coaching.
