What skills do participants have after the Didactics Methodology training?
After completing the didactic methodology course, participants in the UAS certificate course have a suitable repertoire of adult education methods, can formulate learning objectives and prepare, conduct and evaluate lessons according to didactic-methodological aspects. They also know how to use teaching aids correctly. In addition, they are aware of learning problems and can positively influence learning disorders and inhibitions. Graduates of the further education course also know how to deal constructively with conflicts and resistance and how to recognize group dynamic processes and use them to their advantage. They also gain confidence in their own teaching, are able to reflect on their own understanding of learning and analyze their role as an instructor.
