What topics are offered for continuing education, further training?
As every animal keeper is required by the Animal Welfare Ordinance to attend a continuing education, further training course of at least four days within four years, a number of training courses are offered each year on a wide range of topics.
Possible focuses include cats, invertebrates, epidemics and hygiene, farm animals, dogs, horses, rodents, freshwater aquariums, amphibians, animal learning, mice, birds, reptiles, employment.
