Where do mental trainers work?
Mental trainers and mental coaches are mainly self-employed. They work as company coaches, mental trainers for private individuals or in continuing education, further training. In company seminars, they coach employees and managers from a wide range of business sectors to maximize their mental strength, show them how they can increase their motivation in the long term and deal with stress more calmly, promote team cohesion and creativity processes. Mental trainers present techniques that can lead to an increase in success, boost self-confidence and give a confident performance.
